Mandriva successfully closes its second round of capital increase
Following the shareholder meeting of 25th May 2007, the company organized the second round of its capital increase. Recall that we structured the operation in two rounds:

the first one for an amount of 1,650 K€ was reserved to Occam Capital,
-
the second one, up to a maximum of 1,389 K€ was open to all Mandriva shareholders.
The subscription period was open till July 5, 2007. At this date, 402 shareholders had subscribed.
Each shareholder could subscribe a non-reducible amount, based on his/her existing shares, with a ratio of 9 new shares for 25 existing shares. The total amount of non-reducible subscriptions was 1,002K€. Occam Capital contributed 264K€ of that amount, thus bringing its total subscription to 1,914K€ and a holding of 36.48 % of the company's capital.
Shareholders could also subscribe at will a reducible amount. 97 shareholders used this possibility, for a total of 387 K€.
Thus the total of 1,389 K€ was fully subscribed.
A board meeting held July 17, 2007, had validated the increase of capital. The new capital will amount to 4,630,824.60 € and will be composed of 15,436,082 shares at a nominal value of 0.30 € each.
The delivery of the new shares to shareholders requires several formal steps with the banks and will happen within about one week.
