Synopsis Updated mktemp packages can create temporary directories

Problem Description

The mktemp packages for 7.x and Corporate Server did not have the
ability to create temporary directories, only temporary files. This
update gives mktemp this ability, which is a prerequisite for the
teTeX updates (MDKSA-2001:086).
