Mandrake Linux 9.2 has been awarded with Crystal Disk on international computer show Invex 2003 in Brno, Czech Republic. The awarded version of Mandrake Linux is manufactured in Czech Republic by QCM under the MandrakeSoft License. It is based on Mandrake Linux Download Edition accompanied with Czech manual and additional "bonus" CD.
We consider this award to be a great success for both Mandrake Linux and the Open Source community as well because it has been the 1st time this type of product was awarded with that prize. This award also demonstrates acceptance of Linux and Open Source technology not only by technical but also by business circles in Czech Republic.
