Who is eligible?

  • a copy or scan of the paper license of the OS (please bar or hide the license number ON THE COPY before sending it)
  • a copy or a scan of your OS installation media
  • a copy or scan of the sticker glued on your hardware and showing proof of commercial license ownership

How do I apply?

  1. Use our on-line store to purchase the product you want:

    You will be able to check special offer on that products. When your order is done, you will receive a confirmation mail including a order number.

    NOTE: Be careful, only credit card payment will be processed on that offer.


  2. Make a copy of your proof-of-ownership (see above)


  3. Send it by postal mail, by fax, or by email to Mandriva as below, adding your order number:

  4. Once received, your proof-of-ownership will be reviewed. Then you will get a refund of 35% of your purchase within 3 weeks.
