MANDRIVA will be present at the Linux 2008 Solutions Exhibition

The leading European publisher of Linux distributions will unveil its latest products at the Linux Solutions Exhibition
from 29 to 31 January at Paris La Defense CNIT Hall Marie Curie Booth D32 – E33

Mandriva, the leading European publisher of Linux distributions, will be celebrating its 10th year of success at the 2008 Linux Solutions Exhibition.
The Linux Solutions Exhibition, the annual European meeting place for Linux and free software, offers exhibitors a unique platform allowing them to meet the different participants in the market besides presenting their products, services and technology.
A full programme of presentations will be proposed:

  • Tuesday 29 January

  • Anne Nicolas-Velu, Technical Director, will chair the ‘Working Station’ session all day.
    Stéphane Laurière, Project Leader and Helio Chissini de Castro, Engineer, will also participate in this session.
    Patrick Sinz, Project Director, will join in the conference on ‘Free software in the industrial framework: real time to linux embarked, software to hardware’, from 14h30.

  • Wednesday 30 January 14h30 to 18h00

  • Sébastien Lefebvre, Vice President, Corporate Business Unit will develop the following theme:
    "Directory Server: a powerful free management tool for users and their rights.”

    Mandriva will present the Mandriva Linux 2008 range which will be available at special exhibition rates.

    Demonstrations of major account products will also be held. Mandriva will unveil the following solutions:

    • Pulse2.0: the leading Open Source solution for parc management;
    • Mandriva Directory Server: an LDAP directory management solution;
    • Corporate Desktop 2008: the Open Source business work station;Corporate Open Source Desktop
    • Mandriva Corporate Server 4, the open source keystone for business computing

    • Mandriva will host four partners on its stand:

      iEUROP, SUPINFO, BaculaSystems and Domobox.

      Mandriva will present its solutions on

      NEC computers.
